A: We usually ship the cargo by boat via our shipping agent; we can ship the cargo to any sea port of the world, If FOB, we can help you to arrange the relative shipping matters, also you can specify shipping agent,CIF, CNF.etc.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. International Shipping: Wire transfer is a must.
Q: Custom Order: Can you do Custom style to produce products?
A: Of course we can. Customers designs and logos are welcome .
Q: Payment Terms: What`s your payment terms?
A: Usually we accept T/T,L/C,Western union,etc.30% deposit, balance against shipping document.
Q: Lead Time: How soon you can finish our sample or bulk order?
A: 1.usually within 5 days for samples after the receipt of prepaying money.

Q: What do you mean when you say something is sold in a pack?
A: Some of our smaller items (lanyards, magnets, mouse pads) are sold in packs. Items sold in packs are packaged individually, but they are prices as a set. Depending on the product, the number of items in a pack equals on piece toward the combined total. For example, six lanyards equal one piece. Please refer to the item description or call 0086-595-85680571 to find out if a specific product is sold in a pack.
Q: What is a combined ordering system? Is that the same as a minimum order?
A: No! A combined ordering system is not the same as a minimum order. A minimum order is the minimum amount of pieces you need to buy per item or in total. A combined ordering system is simply a pricing system which bases its prices on the total number of pieces/packs you have ordered. Please call 0086-595-85680571 for pricing on orders of 15-60 pieces.
Q: What is the ordering process like? Is it difficult and how long should it all take?
A: You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the invoice and art preview within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. You must reply to the e-mail with your approval or with any necessary changes to the order details. You will receive a ner confirmation e-mail and preview each time a change is made to the art or order details. Once you approve all the art and order details, your payment will be processed. All purchase orders, including payment terms,, will be verified with the email or fax. Once the payment is received or the bank is verified, the order will be submitted to the factory for production. Please note: The order process is not complete until we receive your approval and payment. The merchandise is delivered approximately 2-3 weeks from the date you approve the order and payment is received. Please keep in mind that frequent art changes will delay the order process.
